Resend Invitation

With the function "Resend Invitation" , you can specifically invite individuals who have already been invited to a webinar again.

You can find this function in the Webinar Editing. To do this, open the desired webinar and select the Invite Participants section. There you can invite new participants and simultaneously see who has already been invited.

You can re-invite individuals who have already been invited in two ways:

• Re-invite individual people
  Manually select the desired individuals and resend the invitation.
• Re-invite all individuals who have already been invited
  Send the invitation collectively to all individuals who have already been invited.

If you resend the invitation to everyone who has already been invited, the system automatically checks which people have already registered for the webinar. Participants who have already registered are filtered out. The re-invitation is only sent to people who were invited but have not yet registered.

This allows you to easily follow up on open invitations without accidentally re-contacting participants who have already registered.
