Subscription cancellation

To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account and select the “Subscription” menu item on the dashboard.

At the top of the page, you will find details of your current subscription, including the validity period and your stored payment method. Click on “Cancel subscription” to the right of this entry. Please note that only subscriptions paid for by credit card or direct debit can be cancelled online.

If you pay by invoice, you cannot cancel online. In this case, you must send your cancellation by email to support@edudip.com.

Please also note the applicable notice periods: for monthly payments, the subscription can be cancelled up to 7 days before the end of the term; for annual or biennial payments, up to 2 months before the end of the term.
