Overview: edudip rates and services

edudip offers various plans that are tailored to the needs of different organizations - from small businesses to corporations and from associations to e-learning providers. Here you can find an overview of the available plans and the main features included.

The prices are per presenter. All prices are in euros and exclude 19% sales tax. If payment is made annually or biennially, the sum is due at the beginning over the entire period. Membership is automatically extended for the agreed term after expiry without cancellation. With a monthly payment method, the subscription can be canceled up to 7 days before the end of the term, and up to 2 months before the end of the subscription period if you pay annually or biennially.

• Recordings:
  ‍The ability to save your webinars. Depending on the tariff, the duration is limited (e.g. 2h or 50h) or unlimited (from Premium).
• Team members:
  ‍Starting with the starter plan, you can add unlimited team members to your account to manage webinars together.
• Paid webinars:
  ‍This feature (starting with Creator) allows you to sell your webinars for a fee and thus monetize your content directly.
• Templates (templates):
  ‍Save a webinar's settings as a template to create future events faster (Premium and higher).
• AI assistant Eddi:
  ‍An assistant that helps you create and run webinars (from Creator).
• Whiteboard:
  ‍An interactive, digital whiteboard for visual collaboration and sketches.
• Screen sharing:
  ‍Share your entire screen or individual application windows with your participants.
• Chat:
  ‍Text-based chat for interaction with participants and moderators.
• Breakout rooms:
  ‍During the webinar, divide your participants into smaller groups to enable discussions or workshops (starting with the starter).
• GDPR-compliant:
  ‍All plans are operated in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation. The server is located in Germany.
• Support:
  ‍The type of support varies from mail support to email and telephone support to a personal account manager.
• Branding:
  ‍Adapt the look of the webinar room to your company design (from Premium).
• API access:
  ‍A programming interface to connect edudip with your own software (e.g. CRM systems) (from Premium).
• E2E encryption:
  ‍Offers the highest level of security for your webinar data (from premium). This feature is designed for maximum confidentiality, but can severely affect performance on end devices if the number of subscribers is high.
