As an organizer, you have various options for removing participants who violate your preferences from your webinars or rejecting them when creating your webinar.
During the registration process: To set up a manual registration confirmation, set the Participant Confirmation function in the area “Participant settings” upon “Manually”.
In the webinar room: In the webinar room, you have the option to invite participants via the tab “Participant” and remove the cross icon to the right of the corresponding participant name from the webinar room.
Note: Blocked participants are blocked from the current webinar room. It is not possible for the organizer to reactivate a blocked participant. If a participant is blocked unintentionally, they must re-register for the webinar using a second email address.
