Booking a webinar as a participant

To book a webinar, whether free of charge or for a fee, you must have an account on our platforms. Please click the “Register” button to create an account. Once you have set up your account, you can book the webinar of your choice by visiting the landing page and clicking the “Book for free” or “Book for a fee” button.

Please refer to our Help Centre article on the Marketplace to find a webinar that matches your interests.

For paid bookings, you can pay for the relevant webinar using the following payment methods: electronic cash (ec), Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Direct debit is only available for current accounts held in Germany. Once you have booked the webinar, you will receive a booking and registration confirmation by email, which explains the next steps. You can also use this email to join the webinar at the start of the session. Alternatively, you can log in to your account at the time of the webinar, access your profile and join the webinar via the ‘Overview’ and ‘Booked Webinars/Booked Videos’ tabs.

Please note that logging in to your account is required for identification purposes when joining the webinar.
