Join Screen & Virtual Backgrounds

Via the Join Screen, also known as the entry page, participants, moderators, and co-moderators can check their devices before entering the webinar room.

The Join Screen allows you to select your camera and microphone and check beforehand if the correct devices are being used:

Your selected camera and microphone settings are saved. The next time you join, the system will remember the last selected devices and apply this selection automatically.

In addition to audio and video settings, various virtual backgrounds are available on the Join Screen. Choose one of the pre-set virtual backgrounds, blur your screen, or upload your own background.
