Das Kollaboration Tool

The collaboration tool is a feature designed to make it as easy and interactive as possible for you to exchange information and work together. Under the ‘Collaboration’ menu item, you can work on documents together.

The collaboration tool is based on Libre Office, is hosted by us and is therefore 100% GDPR compliant.This option is ideal for working together within group rooms (breakout rooms), but can also be used alone in the main room.

Once the group work has been completed, the document can be saved and uploaded as a PDF in the main room to present the results and discuss them with the other group members. The “Upload as a slide” button is available for this purpose.

The functions of the collaboration tool are essentially no different from well-known programs such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs or Pages and should be sufficiently well known.

The collaboration tool can be activated by the moderator/co-moderator at any time.
  • It is possible to upload your own documents within the collaboration tool
  • The presenter can access the documents in the breakout rooms from the main room
  • The view of the collaboration tool is shown to participants when it is called up by the moderator and no longer has to be accessed by the participant himself
