Enabling the screen sharing feature on macOS

To use the “Screenshare” feature on Apple macOS devices, it must first be enabled in the operating system. Depending on the operating system version used, the respective route varies. Basically, this would be as follows:

• Please open the system settings of your macOS device.
• Please open the “Security” and “Privacy” section
• In this area, you will be listed an option called “Screen Capture” - Please activate this option for the browser you are using.

Note: Please note that with system-external browsers (Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox), the camera and microphone in the same area must be enabled for the corresponding browser.
