Select the “Help Centre” menu item to access our Help Centre and FAQs. You will also find your service PIN and our call-back form here.

- Service PIN: If you need help or have any technical queries, our customer service team is on hand to assist you Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. You will find a contact form and your personal “Service PIN” in the Help section of your dashboard. Via the in-app help section, you can submit a support ticket containing the key details of your issue. By providing your Service PIN, you grant edudip’s support staff access to your account should they need to examine the described issue first-hand. If your Service PIN has expired, you can request a new PIN here.

- Callback form: You have the option of leaving a telephone number if you would like our support team to contact you. If you complete the callback form, our in-house customer support team will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Please have your service PIN and customer number to hand.
